The purpose of the Enterprise Partner Program (EPP) is to select and develop a group of Telstra dealers that have capability across Telstra's Enterprise & Government (TE&G) segment to become preferred Enterprise Partners. Participation in the program is by invitation, providing selected Enterprise Partners the opportunity to sell existing and new Telstra products, services, and solutions in a teamed environment with TE&G Account Teams.
TE&G has a long standing historical relationship with its Telstra dealer community - dealers continue to serve an important role adding value and meeting customer needs.
As part of this transformation, TE&G will increasingly need to rely on alternative channels to market. The EPP teams the direct and indirect channels in a collaborative environment whose purpose is to deliver this transformed TE&G capability to the end customer. Enterprise Partners are an important channel in partnership with the TE&G Account Teams to service TE&G customer's current and emerging business requirements.
The EPP is an exciting new initiative for Enterprise Partners across TE&G as it will provide:
- A preferential status to Enterprise Partners to work across TE&G's customer base. Enterprise Partners will become the 'partners of choice' for TE&G Account Teams.
- A series of 'new wave' products, services, and solutions for Enterprise Partner's to help transform their value proposition to their end customers.
- An engagement model to establish TE&G Account Team relationships necessary for joint collaboration into the customer base.
- The Enterprise Partner Program builds on the existing Telstra dealer relationship established across TE&G. It formalises an engagement model for the joint benefit of the Enterprise Partner and TE&G and provides the foundation for transformation of the Enterprise Partner's value proposition across TE&G customers.
