We understand the importance of keeping your staff productive and the importance of keeping your communication systems working without impedance. We also understand that some service calls are more urgent than others. Telephone System Maintenance

Parracom's voice maintenance service is part of the largest network available in Australia. We exclusively offer the Telstra IP and PBX maintenance product, as well as the Halogen Group maintenance product.

This means you have 24 / 7 access across Australia to trained technicians to answer queries, diagnose the issue you may be having and then direct that for resolution to the most appropriately trained person in your locality.

In most cases this will be remotely by a Telstra or Parracom technician in house but if required, they will engage on-site support from over 5000 trained technicians in over 100 locations around Australia as well as New Zealand and Fiji – there is no more comprehensive combination of products available. If in the rare chance the fault is extremely complex, then both Parracom and Telstra maintain up to Level 4 escalation rights to all the major manufacturers around the world for their urgent attention.

Another added benefit of the Telstra and Parracom Halogen service is that unlike most providers, we can support multiple vendors' equipment.
